It’s crazy to say this but it’s all about being consistent with the little things in life. When you consistently do those little things like folding your bed everyday or eating a piece of fruit or meditating for 5 minutes, they add up and can change who you are.
I’ve realized that the key to being consistent is to do something repeatedly in small steps. As small as you can get. If you can’t do 10 minutes of meditation, do 5. There’s youtube videos of 5 minute meditations. If you can’t do 2 cups of fruit of day, do 1/2 a cup. If you can’t do that, then just eat one strawberry everyday. What really makes this whole thing stick together is seeing the progress you make.
